Water depth: Spiloxene aquatica can be grown in a pond with a depth of up to 12 inches (30 cm). Make sure the plant is not submerged too deeply, as this can cause the bulbs to rot.
Water quality: The water in the pond should be clean and clear, with a pH between 6.5 and 7.5. Regularly test the water and make adjustments as necessary.
Light: Spiloxene aquatica prefers full sun to partial shade. Place the plant in a location that receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight each day.
Soil: Spiloxene aquatica grows best in a mixture of sand, loam, and gravel. Add a layer of soil to the bottom of the pond or plant the bulbs in a container filled with soil and gravel.
Fertilizer: Fertilize the plant every two weeks with a fertilizer formulated for aquatic plants. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for application rates.
Temperature: Spiloxene aquatica can tolerate a range of temperatures, but it prefers warm water. Protect the plant from frost in winter.

- These pond plants have a waiting period of 2-3 weeks before they will be available. This is due to the logistics and athe fuel price to get it from the farm to our facility in Gezina.
- Regarding shipping -
Pick up – if you pic up, they will be sold as potted plant in a 15cm pot.
Shipping via courier – To protect the plants against damage during transport and save on freight costs, We will remove it out of the pot, clean and package them in individual bags.
